Nidia is a very sweet lady and is knowledgeable on selling houses in the Atlanta area. However, there were several issued that has docked her a decent review from me. In my experience, her or her office is very disorganized and does not have proper planning. As an example, we had a house built and the builder told us the location of closing. She went to another location. It seemed that she completely forgot to read her email or was disorganized. There are other examples but she appears to be disorganized in this aspect and is heavily impacted on her professionalism.

Nidia is an excellent professional and a beautiful person, thanks to her we managed to reach the house of our dreams. Nidia was always there day by day advising us with all the documentation, defending our interests and achieving the best "closing". My wife and I highly recommend her. She will live up to your demands.
