It was a horrible experience since we first started applying for services. We had to look for the houses when that job fell to the realtor. The lack of communication was horrible all the time we had to call the office and ask how our process was going, we know that buying a house is a lot of patience, but at least they will program us a list of houses to see them. The loan was already approved, the only thing missing was the closing and horrible things happened. But we know that when God closes a door we have to accept it because it did not suit us. We suffered in this process because they were our dreams since we are not rich people, but with our little jobs we try to buy a house. Also I want to say that the realtor never accompanied us in this process sent her assistant, who told us to always look for the house and I will show them when it should be the other way around, they work for the client. When a realtor is not good you can even fire him ... and find another. Perhaps others had 100% help but it was not like that for us. I was under stress every time at work and cried. A realtor is here to help and give their best service, call you, look for the houses, orient you which houses are good and which ones are not suitable for you, ect. I am very sorry to say all this but it was our experience. I hope you do not repeat the same mistakes with others and learn to value your bosses who are you the clients.
